Roy Scheider and Brenda Siemer at our benefit: we miss him deeply

We deeply mourns the passing of Lance Cpl. Jordan C. Haerter, who bravely gave his life

while serving our country in 2008, as well as Army First Lieutenant Joseph J. Theinert of Shelter Island, who was killed in Kandahar in 2010. Their families have our sincerest condolences.

For news and video clips about the rededication of the bridge to Lance Cpl.

Jordan Haerter, please click HERE.

Harborfest was great fun in 2008, for adults and kids alike! Thanks to all

who participated in this celebration of our community and our heritage!

A fine old map from of Sag Harbor from 1873 was made available to us, so we’ve made downloadable version of it that you may print out. To the right is the cover of the Atlas from which it was taken. If you click on that, you’ll get the whole map.

It’s almost 8Mgs, so give it a minute to download.
